About the role

This role owns everything that brings people to Bilance on their own: what we write, where we show up, who we partner with, and how we talk to the people already using the app. Most of it doesn’t exist yet. You get to build it, own it, and point at it later and say: I made this.

What you’ll do

• Content — blog, newsletter, socials: financial education that brings new people to Bilance. Written in English; sometimes localized or made for one market.
• Community — build the place where Bilance and its users actually talk, and be present in it.
• Partnerships & PR — collaborations, webinars, media. Put Bilance in rooms it isn’t in yet.
• Helping users — guides, tutorials, and emails for people already with us, so they get real value from Bilance.

Not all at the same time. You’ll experiment, keep what works, kill what doesn’t. The goal: organic becomes a measurable share of our new users.

Who you are

• Financial illiteracy and financial waste genuinely bother you. You want Europeans to be better with money, and this job is your way of doing something about it.
• You run big things on your own: take a goal, make a plan, execute it stage by stage.
• You’re systematic: plans, notes, follow-through. This role comes with a lot of freedom and ownership; a system is what makes that work.
• You’ve built something on your own initiative. We’ll ask to see it.
• You set up your own technical needs with AI: tools, analytics, landing pages, simple automations, vibe-coded experiments. Our developers shouldn’t be your bottleneck.
• You learn whatever the job needs next.

Marketing experience helps, but it’s not the bar. Thinking, attitude, and execution are.
