How to Export Your Spiir Data Before It Shuts Down
Spiir is shutting down on June 8, 2026. After that date, your transaction history is gone — you won't be able to log in or retrieve anything.
The good news: Spiir lets you export your data before it closes. This takes about 2 minutes.
How to export your Spiir data
Spiir offers three export types — start with the Detailed export, it includes the most data.
Export type | What's included | Format |
|---|---|---|
Simple | Visible transactions, basic fields only | CSV |
Detailed | All transactions incl. hidden, full metadata | CSV or JSON |
Full data | Everything Spiir holds about you | ZIP (multiple CSVs) |
From the app (requires version 7.5.0 or newer):
Tap More (☰) on the home screen
Go to Settings → Profile
Under Export Transactions or Export Data, select what you want
Save the file to your device
From the web (easier if you want all formats):
Log in at mine.spiir.dk
Click your email in the top-right corner
Click Eksporter data
Choose your date range and export type
Save the file somewhere safe — email it to yourself or put it in cloud storage.
Note: Bilance does not currently support importing Spiir export files. Your export is for your own records.
What to do next
Once your data is safe, you'll need a replacement for ongoing finance tracking.
Bilance does what Spiir did — connects to your bank accounts via PSD2, automatically categorises your transactions, and tracks budgets, recurring payments, and net worth. It works across the EU/EEA including Danish banks.
Start with Bilance — connect your bank accounts and you're set up in about 2 minutes.
