Account Deletion

If subscribed:

To delete your account, navigate to the 'Accounts' tab, then tap on your name or the ⚙️ icon, followed by tapping on the 'Delete account' button. Note that you may need to sign out and sign in again before you can delete your account.

If not subscribed:

Tap on "Delete account" at the bottom of the paywall screen

Through the app

You need to be logged in to delete your account through the app. Below are the options to delete you account through the app with and without a Bilance subscription.

Through email

Write to "help@bilanceapp.com" to request account deletion. You must write from the same email your account was created with.
